Governance, Accountability and Sustainable Development.

An agenda for the 21st century.

This book, written in 2005 demonstrates how corporate governance needs to change as the world enters the 21st century.

For those concerned with the "G" in ESG this book remains topical. While some of the challenges have already come to pass many issues still face organizations.

Most important is the shift to a world where people and technology sit at the center of corporate value creation models.

Although integrated thinking became topical at about the same time, this book shows how management changes already underway continue to need to be reflected in how governance - especially boards, oversee their organizations and protect their investors interests.
